Introducing the LBLBC Youth Rollers Lawn Bowling Program, a collaboration between LBLBC and the City of Laguna Beach Community Recreation Department.
LBLBC Youth Rollers is a fun, fast, and social, 2 week, 2 session Summer Camp that is designed for youth aged 12-18 years wishing to give the international sport of lawn bowling a try.
Youth Rollers is designed to get more young people active through sport. This program offers an accessible, fun, and socially inclusive environment for teens to engage in sport.
Youth Rollers is not your traditional lawn bowling format. Each day youth rollers will develop their playing skills and game knowledge through social play, modified games, drills and support instruction.
Youth Rollers program allows teens to learn and build their confidence in lawn bowling in a supportive, relaxed, and fun environment. Youth Rollers is an awesome summer camp program that youth can participate and play with friends and is also a wonderful opportunity to join with their peers in an exciting sport with a pathway to representing the USA in under-18 and under-25 international lawn bowling events around the world.
All bowling equipment is provided by Laguna Beach Lawn Bowling Club so all you need to do is roll up and have fun!
Bring a water bottle and wear flat soled shoes.

Lawn Bowling is played across six continents in over forty-four countries and features as a gold medal sport in the Commonwealth Games with the goal of becoming an Olympic Sport in 2032 in Brisbane, Australia.
Kids and teens begin to compete in lawn bowling events often as a secondary sport. Lawn bowling promotes physical movement, focus and concentration. It is a skill-based sport for all ages and is both gender and age neutral.
Laguna Beach Lawn Bowling Club was established in 1931 and is the largest lawn bowling club in North America located at Heisler Park in Laguna Beach.
The definition of the word “lawn” means ‘cut grass’ and LBLBC carefully manicures their lawn, greens, to as close as perfectly level surface as is possible to play this technically challenging sport.
